NKULULEKO “Flabba” Habedi is being laid to rest today at West Park Cemetry.

As tales are told about his suspect girlfriend Sindi. . . SHOCKED FRIENDS CLAIM SHE LED A DOUBLE LIFE WITH FLABBA AND A JET-SET NIGERIAN!

Sunday Sun can reveal that murder suspect Sindisiwe Manqele was a student in Ireland.

And now there are claims that she had two lovers at the same time – a Nigerian in Ireland and Flabba in Alex, Gauteng.

The two men never met and didn’t know about Sindi’s secret double arrangement, claim her Irish friends.

These students phoned Sunday Sun last week with the shocking allegation. They claim that Sindi is in a vat ’n sit relationship with a Nigerian businessman in Dublin, Ireland.

“Who is this guy Flabba?” said one. “We had no idea that she was in a steady relationship with a rapper back in South Africa.”

Claimed the student: “As far as we know, she’s dating this Nigerian businessman here – and he’s been financing her opulent lifestyle.”

According to other students who spoke to the SunTeam, Sindi was living with the Nigerian guy in Dublin, where she was studying at Griffith College.

Another student said she had met Sindi on several occasions – and described her as a nice girl with a taste for the finer things in life.

“Sindi used to fly to Paris and shop in expensive boutiques. She never mentioned anyone called Flabba,” said the Griffith College student.

A South African student in Ireland claimed that Sindi didn’t seem like a woman who was worried about where her next meal was coming from.

This third source said: “She loved to party and lived like an upper-class woman. She used to go around with her Nigerian hunky businessman. They were all lovey dovey!”

Another of Sindi’s Dublin friends said she was shocked to read that she had allegedly murdered her boyfriend.

“Because at first I thought it was the Nigerian!” she said.

This friend added: “Thanks to social networks, everyone here in Ireland was talking about a South African student who was said to have killed her boyfriend.

“And we were shocked to see that it was Sindi, who was being accused of the murder. We used to go clubbing together, and she seemed such a nice innocent girl,” said the friend.

Griffith College spokesman Robbie Smyth said: “It’s college policy not to comment on students’ issues. You must understand that what happened is a tragic incident, so we cannot comment.”

On Friday Sindi’s lawyer Amanda Vilakazi said: “I can’t comment on the Nigerian guy because it is a personal matter.”

In Mzansi, Sindi lived with her parents in Birch Acres, Kempton Park, in Gauteng. The SunTeam understands that Flabba would often go with her to visit the family home.

Last week Flabba’s younger brother Tshepang Habedi said: “Sindi came back from Ireland in December and used to come to Alexandra quite often.

“She was like part of the family and we treated her as one of our own. Flabba told us he had planned his future with her.

“Sindi seemed to be a nice girl. She was supposed to have gone back to Ireland in January – but she kept on postponing,” said Tshepang.

The rapper’s grieving brother continued: “Sindi spent a whole week in Alex with Flabba before he met his death. She was with Flabba at The Sands nightclub and they came back in the early hours of Sunday morning.”

He said: “As far as I know, they never had an argument until that morning. But I don’t know what triggered the argument.”

The next source who provided information to Sunday Sun was Motsiri Habedi, Flabba's cousin, who alleged that in January, Sindi took a holiday trip to Nigeria.

Motsiri said: “One day she was showing us photos on her laptop, and there was a guy who looked like a Nigerian. Flabba asked her who he was, but she quickly said it was just a person she knew.”

Vilakazi said Sindi will apply for bail in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
